We purchased this (then) three bedroom end of terrace Mount Pleasant property in Wallasey in August 2020.

After a 12 week full rip out and refurb, we turned this ‘in need of repair’ property in to a beautiful, safe five bedroom – all ensuite – HMO with two of the rooms also boasting a kitchenette space.
