Marine Street

Marine Street was a five bed property when we purchased it. We successfully went through planning to change the use of it to a HMO and our initial plan was to rent it out to the Council.

However, the Council that manage this particular area do not have control of the budget enabling them to house people. So Plan B came into force! We currently rent as a five bed single let home to tenants who have been with us since we purchased and refurbed the property in 2019.
